After the American Civil War, lots of scattered outlaws from Alabama drifting around Wyoming. Blackjack McKinneon and his brother Frank are the leaders of a gang of ruthless murderers and bandits. They suddenly appear in the peaceful small town Jackson and terrorize the inhabitants. Sheriff Homeland is incapable to maintain law and order. One day, Blackjack provokes a bloodshed with his gang in the saloon, but they have not reckoned with the resistance of the Revolverladys. The five combative and extremely attractive young women around Jessie-Mie-en and Pink, their siblings Amber and Paloma, together with their cousin Joy, form a quintet Infernali. They all can deal very well with weapons and now use them precisely to stop the brutal gang after a bank robbery. In the end, it comes to a showdown with glowing colts and fiery rifles to free the city from deserters and bandits.
